OneView brings the right people and the right information together to coordinate support around what matters most — the person. Everyone legitimately involved works from one shared, consent-controlled picture.
For service users, families & carers
One clear picture of the support around them — and control over who sees what.
For professionals & organisations
A shared operational view across agencies, without replacing the systems you already use.
Secure. Private. Governed.
Role, relationship and lawful basis decide access. Every view is logged.
Connected care & support
Education, health, social care, housing and the voluntary sector, joined up.
The person being supported (and those acting for them) on one side; the organisations supporting them on the other. They meet on a single coordination layer.
Service-user side
The person, and those acting for them
Service-provider side
The organisations providing support
Shared coordination layer
OneView is the system of record for coordination — the timeline, actions, messages and consent that sit between services. It is never the system of record for content: clinical notes, assessments and documents are authored in, and stay in, the services that own them.
SEND is simply the first worked example. The same coordination layer reconfigures for any context where multiple agencies and a person need a shared, governed picture.
SEND
A child's Education, Health & Care journey across school, CAMHS, OT and the local authority.
Adult social care
A post-stroke hospital discharge coordinated across acute & community health, social care, housing and VCSE.
Any coordinated context
Early help, complex needs, homelessness, reablement, safeguarding — the same layer, a different configuration.
Designed so that information governance leads, Caldicott Guardians and DPOs recognise it as safe by design.
Tailored, not total
Each participant has a view based on their role, relationship to the service user, organisational responsibility and lawful basis for access. Never “everyone sees everything”.
Relationships, not job titles
Permissions revolve around the relationship to the person at the centre — a mother can upload evidence and see appointments but not police or safeguarding notes.
Lawful basis on every access
Consent, Direct Care, Safeguarding, Legal Obligation or Statutory Requirement is recorded against each relationship and access.
Logged and monitored
Every record view and change is written to an immutable audit trail, surfaced in the governance dashboard.
The same platform supports the service user, their representatives, every professional, and the people who govern it — each with the actions and visibility their role allows.
